Keith was born and raised in Central Florida
Like most, Keith and Vicki chose Groveland for its small-town charm, friendly neighbors, and affordability.
They have two daughters and five grandchildren, who attend Lake County schools.
Motivated to protect Groveland’s quality of life.
Keith served and chaired Groveland’s Planning and Zoning Board and the Strategic Planning Committee. When many voiced frustrations that City Hall did not represent all areas equally, Keith led the fight for single- member districts to ensure all neighborhoods had equal representation. The Amendment passed by 75%.
As a professional chef and successful business executive:
Keith’s career has included 25 years with The Walt Disney Company in multiple executive roles, President of COOK (a NASDAQ publicly traded company), Senior Vice President with Darden Restaurants and now a small business owner. Whether in business or in the community, “Chef Keith” has relied on his culinary skills to bring people together to get things done.
